The N.C.D.A. eScoreSheet

  The N.C.D.A. is currently moving towards a Web-Based system that eliminates the need and cost of mailing
  and creates a far more efficient method to report match results.   During this transition we will be using
  the new eScoreSheet.   As we progress, results will be entered directly into the website at this location.


  Here are a few notes on the eScoreSheet:

  Download the file to your computer.   Its an Excel spreadsheet,very small, Macro and Virus Free.

  Excel does not offer the email option we need from a web-based application.   Save the file to your
  computer and run it from there.

  Occasionally download the file during the 1st half of the season to get newly updated team rosters.

  The eScoreSheet is entirely menu driven and color alerts are active to help reduce user errors.

  Email the completed eScoresheet directly from Excel.   There is no need to use your email clint.
  Let Excel do it all.     Click [FILE]   [SEND TO]   [Mail RECIPIENT (as attachment)]

  To assure that not only the Statistician, but all members within your league receive your match
  results use the appropriate email address.               ( *stats@ncda.info   where "*" = your league )

  A HELP WINDOW   is available in the top-center of the eScoreSheet along with addresses for
  emailing the completed scoresheet and how to better view the software.

  To keep results for your team records use "Save As" and rename the file before saving each week, or
  just keep the email you receive after sending your completed score sheet to the *stats@ncda address.
  The electronic scoresheets are ready. Please type in your team names.
