  1st half of the season or just to update players' information with the league.   Include email addresses.

  New Teams - Fill your Team Name, the League you would choose, your Complete Captain's info and
  all applicable fields for as many team members as possible.   Please include email addresses.

  Returning teams only need to include your   Team Name, League, Complete Captain's Info,   Players'
  Names and any player information that has changed or needs to be added.   Include email addresses.
